Roost offers two services in parallel - a consumer search engine for places to live and a technology platform for REALTORS®.  Our mission is to make it easier for everyone to find their next home. As we all know, looking for a new home is exciting…but also overwhelming. We strive everyday to make your home search experience simple and fun, so you can focus on the really important details.
In order to achieve this mission we focus on two things:

• Offering the best search experience for homes on the web.
  Great customer experience is simple, intuitive and focused.  The irony is that building something simple…is hard.  But we love challenge.  We are focused like a laser on being great at search.  We are not a social networking site, we are not a portal, and we don’t clutter our site.  We are a search engine, dedicated to helping you find what you’re looking for as quickly as possible.
• Provide consumers access to fresh, comprehensive and accurate data.
  Great search experience without great data is like yin without yang. If a search doesn’t ultimately help you see ALL the homes available to you today and eliminate any red herrings – how useful is it?  We partner with local Multiple Listing Services, brokers, builders, data providers and more to help ensure you’re getting the freshest, most comprehensive data available.

Like real estate, Roost is fundamentally local.   We only offer our service in markets where we’re confident we’ve done a good job of bringing our search experience and the data together.  If we’re not in your market yet, be as patient with us as you can…we’re working on it.
