Is Roost free?
Roost is free for consumers! In fact, searching for a home on another site
could cost you since they might display incomplete and/or stale data.
What are the benefits of registration?
The benefits of registration, which is free of charge as well, are
two-fold. First, as a registered user, you will be able to access premium
features including highlighting properties, saving your own private notes
to properties, and saving your search. You will be able to then access
your profile from any computer. In addition, you will be the first to know
as we roll out expanded features which are based on your feedback.
Will you add additional areas to your search?
We are committed to providing this search experience in your location.

What if I have additional questions about a specific
property?
When you choose to view more detailed information on specific properties,
along with this information, you are provided with contact data for a
knowledgeable REALTOR® who specializes in this locale. You have the
option to contact this local specialist, should you have additional
questions or wish to tour the property of interest.
We are also happy to respond to any other question or inquiry. Click here if you have one.
How do I save my searches?
After you conduct a search, you may decide you’d like to run this search again in the
future. Just click the link "Save search" at the top of the results and you're
done! You can access your searches by clicking the orange drop-down arrow next to "My Saved
Searches", found in the upper-right corner upon login. In order to use this feature, you
must create an account. (a quick 2-step process!)
How do I add my own private notes to a property?
By the details of each property, there"s a link "Add notes". Click this link,
write your note in the text box that appears, and click the "Save" button. Your
comment is saved and can be viewed later (only by you). The property is also saved automatically as a
favorite, so you always find your comments by viewing your favorites. In order to use
this feature, you must create an account. (a quick 2-step process!)
How do I save & access my favorites?
If you find a property you'd like to refer to later, add it to your favorites!
Just click the little checkmark by the property, found at the far right by each
listing. To access your favorites, open the advanced search filters by clicking
"More filters" to the far right of the Price, Bed, & Bath sliders. When the advanced
filters open, click the box "Show only favorites" and voila! only your favorites
are visible. In order to use this feature, you must create an account. (a quick 2-step process!)
How do I provide feedback?
Of course, we love to hear compliments. But we also appreciate critical
feedback to help us make improvements.

What services do you provide to REALTORS®?
We offer individual brokers their own powerfully branded IDX site as well
as qualified web traffic through our search engine directly to your core

Is Roost available to individual Real Estate Agents?
Yes, in any area where the local Multiple Listings Services
(&;MLS&;) board allows agent IDX sites.
Is it possible to partner with Roost to get qualified
home seekers to my site?
It sure is!

How much does it cost to include my listings in your
search results?
Your listings receive exposure to qualified buyers for free with no
additional effort on your part via Broker Reciprocity. Since the security
and integrity of the data are extremely important to us, we work in
partnership with local brokers and the MLS in compliance with your local
IDX policies.
Do I need to send you my listing data to have it included
among the Roost properties viewed by prospective purchasers?
Broker members whose listings are available in your area via IDX will
automatically appear on Roost in compliance with the local MLS guidelines.
We give your listings additional exposure at no cost to you and we also
prominently feature the name of the broker in the description.
